For a long time now, I’ve been dreaming of having a chance to read from “Wrestling with God” in Michigan — on the shores of Lake Michigan — where I grew up and where some of the events in my book took place. A dozen or so lovely people, including relatives, showed up at the Pentwater Township Library last Saturday to hear me read. The fun part was that they too knew and loved the little beach on Lake Michigan that’s mentioned early on in the book.

Here’s the (unedited) video I made with my trusty point-and-shoot in a library not far from the shores of Lake Michigan.
